Tasted this 500ml bottle on 28.01.2007, best by 17.08.08 on cap.
The pour and appearence was very encouraging; it looked a classic hefeweizen with a nice cloudy straw coloured body topped off with a nice white head.
There was an immediate slight banana smell, but this had disappeared by halfway.
The taste was at first a bit "thin" and somewhat disappointing considering the appearence. There was a dry finish and after drinking the glass to halfway, I was taken by a metallic aftertaste. Overall, this is a beer that I would not be in a hurry back to. I hope it improves.

Pours with a cloudy yellow body, thick bubbly egg white head, fizzy and a few hints of lacing on the glass
Smell, faint whiff of malt, little bit of dms. A slight floral aroma but very slight
Taste, fairly crisp mouthfeel, some slight dry lingering hops, bisuity malt, slightly sweet on the finish
A poor offering from this newly opened Irish micro, good to see its bottle conditioned however that doesnt help if the beer is this bland
