Pours a pretty good looking deep dark brown colour with a thinnish tan head that is somewhat sticky.
Aroma is malty: somewhat roasted, some caramel and a hint of nuts, perhaps.
The flavour is malty again, but with more of a sweetness, albeit a bit of a rugged one, coming through, this time more so from some chocolate than the caramel. Roasted notes are still here as well in the back of each sip. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit creamy, fairly close to what one would expect from the style.
This was a nice one indeed. Smooth, easy drinking and definitely worth a shot.

This beer is black. It poured with a thin creamy head. The aroma is quite malty with some light roasted notes. The taste is mostly malt. This is a very mild tasting beer that is smooth. The mouthfeel is full, but not thick. This is a very drinkable beer due to its smoothness and mildness, it makes a nice session brew.
