Lemon in the aroma is almost sour. Earthy hops border on musty. Huge white head is creamy and leaves thick foamy lace as it fades. A torrent of bubbles rise through the transparent pale-golden beer to feed the head above. Refreshing, crisp lemony flavor on a pale malt base with a light astringency. The hops in the finish add more of a pungent flavor then any bitter bite. Light, crisp body is just barely soft. A very light Helles; almost straying all the way into a Pils. No complaints here.
