Poured a pillowy bright-white head that left some islands of lace. Pale golden colored beer with a slight chill haze. Spicy hops dominate the moderately strong flavor along with a touch of sweetness from the pale malts and I swear a dab of grapefruit hopiness (or maybe some sweet tarts). Havent tasted grapefruit in a while. Aroma is similar with some candied flowers and fruity liquor. Body is light, but the mouthfeel isnt as crisp as I expected. A decent brew.
