Cask, Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden. Dark yellow, light golden beer with a wispy foam. Clean, fresh malt extraction in the nose, biscuit and bread like, with grassy and lemon like hops. Fresh, well extracted malts, non-husky malts, some grassy, herbceous hops. A well balanced, very nice beer.

The cask version is brewed exclusively for Stockholm beer bar Akkurat.
The colour is pale yellow; the liquid a bit hazy. The nice looking low head is white and compact.
The smell is fresh and malty with some sourish notes as well as some yeast.
The taste is first sweet with some nuts and fresh vegetables. It develops with some passing sour-bitter flavours. Sweet hints of earthy boiled vegetables. The aftertaste is mellow and pleasant with bitter hints, apples and other fruits. The flavours are somewhat unclean in way that suites the style well.
The carbonation is very soft, as is the liquid in the mouth.
A highly drinkable summertime ale. Is it a pale ale or golden/blonde ale? I dunno.
