The liquid is clear, the colour gold. The low head is warm white.
The smell is light with notes of yeast, and some sweet malt. There is a odd off-flavour of moss, too.
The taste is semi-sweet malty with some English hoppy flavours. Hints of butterscotch and some sour-bitter hints. Odd off-flavours of moss and wet soil. The aftertaste brings growing bitter flavours and some malty sweetness plus some fresh fruits.
The carbonation is light with lots of small fresh bubbles. The liquid is a bit smooth.
A decent English golden ale. Shame about those moss-flavours though.
