A clouded brownish amber beer, an off-white head with little lacing, few curtains.
Smelling of vinegar, glue and band-aid. Dry green peas.
Tasting of sweet bread, lemon, dill, apple peel.
Little carbonation, fresh with a small body, a dry finish.
Had probably peaked, some sour notes, but very refreshing as such.

The colour is gold with a hint of red, the liquid is clear. The sparse low head is white.
The smell is smooth and mild. Metallic hints, gooseberry jam and a mineral touch of Lambic.
The taste starts off with a fine bitterness and a smooth medium strong sweetness. Hints of nuts and damp cellars, hay and dry fruits. The aftertaste brings mild bitter notes and a smooth fruit syrup-like sweetness. The finish is quite shirt and clean with hints of apples and raspberries.
The carbonation is light; the small bubbles fresh. The light liquid is somewhat dry.
A pleasant bitter with some complexity.
