Pours a nice carmel/amber color, creamy top. Smell is well rounded and carmel is pronounced. Taste is quite well balanced and mouthfeel has a good medium thickness to it. Drinkability would be higher than average given the perfect balance of this brew.

Sample at the Smokehouse. The beer is a clear pale copper color with a medium thin and creamy off-white head that has fair retention. Spotty lacing. Sweet malty aroma with a fair amount of hops. Medium-bodied with a solid caramel malt character that props up a moderate amount of hops. The finish is sweet caramel and malt at first with a lingering hoppiness left behind. Pretty good.

Very nice looking clear amber color. Off-white fluffy head, with very nice retention. Looks so drinkable and fresh!
Nose is full of bready, toasty malt, and a bit of noble hops perhaps, with their earthy, spicy aroma. Very nice.
Lots of caramel and toasted malt. Just a few hints of bread, not as much as the nose made me believe. A slight hint of fruit at the end. Seems to be pretty sweet for the style.
Good body and carbonation. Pretty clean and easy to drink. maybe just a touch too sweet, but very enjoyable.
