Hazey apple cider appearance with a minimal white head. A thin lace is left behind.
Slight woodsy aromatics with bready chracteristics and nutmeg ginger, with a bit of fruit mixed in.
Very nice and easy to drink. Oak compliments this beer very nicely. Vanilla laced with a toasty caramel toffee backbone. Subtle flavors of oak add much depth. Mouth is creamy, rich, and unyielding. Some spicey components with a hop bitterness showing on the finish. Very drinkable on cask.

Cloudy, orange/copper color. Thin, airy white head disappears rather quickly. A few nice patches of lace are left on the glass.
Nose has a bit of oak, spices, nutmeg, and some orange peel. Maybe a bit of floral hops in the background. Nothing overdone here.
A nice compliment of spices seem to carry the flavor. Orange peel and nutmeg, with some earthy bitterness. All very subtle. A bit of oak in the flavor.
Light body, and carbontaion. Flavors come together well. This beer is all about being subtle. Alcohol is hidden well. Nice.
