Golden color and nearly clear. Small but lasting head which left a spot or two.
Nearly odorless. I get only a little malt.
The taste is malty with very little bitterness. The body and carbonation are neutral. In a word: bleh. Drinkable bit devoid of any noteworthy attributes.

Tasted by 100ml, No.3 in a tasting set of four at this mock brew-pub (i.e. beers are not brewed at this premise). Served by a tap behind the bar.
A: murky, dark orangey amber in colour, with a thin rimmed white head and low carbonation.
S: crystal/caramel malts dominate the nose, accompanied by an assertive fruity note like dried persimmon and a mild input from Cascades peachy and flowery aroma; as it is cloudy, the sour-sweet yeastiness comes a bit harsh in the balance.
T: a slightly harsh and chewy hop bitterness makes the entrance, then going hand in hand with a mildly biscuity flavour in the mid-taste; gradually chewy tannins of hops expand at the back, but the aromatic mixture of hops and malts still linger nicely.
M&D: despite being moderate-bodied, the mouthfeel, unlike the first two tasters (Pilsener and Weizen), comes slightly sharp due to the carbonation, and the yeastiness again clouds the flavour structure of this potentially very enjoyable ale. That said, this is a decent take on American Pale Ale worth a round of applause~~
