Neutral brown color where light passes easily through the center. Modest head and no lace.
Mild aroma similar to a dark European lager. Not very stout-like.
There's a bit of Coca-Cola flavor to this without being as sweet as a milk stout. The body is thin, similar to the Irish versions. The carbonation is elevated. There's a touch of banana reminding me of a dark hefeweizen. I get no coffee and little chocolate on the tongue.

Tasted by 100ml, No. 4 in a tasting set of four at this mock brew-pub (i.e. beers are not brewed at this premise). Served by a tap behind the bar.
A: murky, dark brown with mahogany hues, coming with a dark beige head and rather low carbonation.
S: burned malts and burned sugar are underlined by a deeper coffee-ish note, char, and fruity aroma of dark berries. Rather simple in composition.
T: syrupy yet bitter coffee-ish maltiness and chewy roast-nuts come together, plus a light tinge of caramel; fast settling to a rather sharp and rough bitter edge as of roastiness and hops. Not quite complex as I hope it could be, but not bad, either.
M&D: slightly too fizzy for a stout, but the body holds up pretty well throughout the drink and the mouthfeel is quite light for a 6% dark ale. All in all, this is an interesting beer and definitely a worthy attempt by the brewer, despite the fact that, like all other beers of this brewery, it is hardly a faithful/classic replicate of its style.
