Copenhagen 18/2 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. As "Allendale Pale Ale". Strange flowery patterns on the label in green. Nice design.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a thin flimsy almost transparent layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Fresh fruity aroma. Tart citrus and a more subdued scent of exotic fruit. Peach and passion fruit.
Low carbonation and watery palate. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is sweet exotic fruit with tart citrus notes. Medium bitterness. Quite dry finish.
Enjoyable English Pale Ale - maybe a bit too watery but refreshing.

1/3 cask pour at GBBF Winter. Golden pour with a small, frothy white head. Aeroma is biscuity, fruity, kind of sweet. Taste is hoppy, fruity with a mildly sticky feel.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4%. Malts are pale, Vienna and Munich, hops are Columbus, Cascade and Citra. IBU is 45. Golden colour. Gusher bottle, moderate to small white head. Moderate aroma of grain, malts, bread and earthy hops. The flavour is fairly dry, with distinct earthy and grapefruity hops throughout.

Pours light golden amber into a glass from a bottle. White head is small, creamy and frothy.
Nose is as you'd expect for a pale ale; some light malts, some citrus and fresh sweet hop character. Flavour is nicer than the aroma lets on with much more balanced and fresh hop character. There is some citrus, some nice biscuit malts and a good amount of hop bitterness.
Feel is moderate side of light, with minimal carbonation and dry finish.
Nicer than I was expecting; good session ale.
