Classic American Pale with an intense citrus hop flavour derived from the Columbus and Cascade hops grown in the Yakima Valley, WA.

Copenhagen 21/8 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. As "Yakima IPA" with the End no. 12. Weird patterned green and yellow thing on the label in the usual Allendale design.
Pours almost cleat golden yellow with white head. Settles as fluffy layer of foam. A lot of lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is not particularly strong but pleasant. Sweet exotic fruit with citric overtones of grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by rather strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish quite dry.
Light and easy to drink APA with nice dry bitter edge.
