Blind-tasted except for the beer's name, style and brewery.
L- Pale, straw tellow, very slight haze, ongoing solid rising CO2 in my nucleated glass (more than average for this glass). Lumpy just off-white 2Cm creamy thick looking head. Holds well too.
S- Mild, just some grain.
T- Zingy bright right on the front (my 1st sip of beer today). The hops are a bit more contemporary and somewhat dryer than I'd expect in a mainstream lager. I get some bready malt though the malt has quite a low profile for a Helles.
F- Bright to almost crisp and refreshing.
O- I don't quite see the Helles character here, but instead a somewhat hops-forward clean well balanced lager. p.s the malt does raise it's profile a bit as I'm 1/2 way down the glass..
Review2015/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ==> Minimal info beyond the core/trad ingredients.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
