On cask at the Brick Store pub in Decatur.

A - fairly dark brown with a light toffee colored head of large and medium sized bubbles. Average lacing and retention.

S - light malt, sorghum, with a hint of eathy hops.

T - malt predominates. Flavors largely of burnt sugar, toffee, caramel, and light chocolate. Hop flavors are earthy, grassy and somewhat "dirty." Fairly well balanced brew, slightly sour. Light fruit from the yeast.

M - very smooth and creamy. Carbonation low to average. Medium bodied.

D - tasty beer, but not no. 1 on my list of English ales. Anything on cask tastes better that way, though.
