The second beer from this brewery to be reviewed by me today. Clear 500ml bottle (bottle conditioned), best before 2 Feb 09, so two weeks of its life left when drank.
Poured into a straight pint glass, with very little sediment getting into the glass.
Dull golden colour, slighty hazey and with a large foaming white head.
This beer is all about hops, Cascade and WGV are used and they come through into the nose as soon as the bottle opens.
A real English bitter taste, hoppy and dry, very impressive.
Good feel to this beer, a whole lot better than the first beer I reviewed from them. One more to go (today).
