Tasted it at home on 10/06/05, and the bottle bears the BBE date of Jan. 06.
Appearance: in a goblet it pours a orange, dark golden colour with an initially foamy, thick white beerhead which disappears all too fast; for a bottled beer the carbonation is very restrained.
Smell: at the front is very rich, sweetish malt, reminiscent of some mixed-fruit candy and orange-flavoured sponge cake with some buttery edge; also considerable is intensive, wild-flowery honeyish and fruity hoppyness mixed quite well with the malty body. Smelling very pleasant indeed.
Taste: quite the same as the nose, malts dominate the palate--rich and fruity; but soon a flat, lightly dryish fruity hoppy flavour follows. The finish is rather short, with clean and balanced mouthfeel of malts and light zesty hops and very low bitterness, while the overall flavour stays for quite a while.
Mouthfeel: overall a medium-flavoured and light-bodied pale ale, it could've been more pleasant if the body is enriched either with more hops, or being dry-hopped, or with extra dose of malts.
Drinkability: a very easy drinking ale, though I'd go for just one before trying richer brews by the Young's in any single session.

Pours a bright amber colour with a white head. Aroma is malty and crisp, with a distinct lemony tang along with a nice honey note.
Taste is refreshing, clean, orangy and lemoney, and still has a good honey flavour. Aftertaste is soft and hoppy.
Smooth mouthfeel and goes down unbelievably well.
