Ruckinator is a medium-full bodied lager that is light brown in color with beautiful ruby highlights. It has a very strong malty aroma with toasty notes from the Maillard products resulting from the extended boiling process. The rich malty flavor is highlighted with toasty qualities and subtle dark fruit notes. The slight sweetness is balanced with just enough hop for a clean smooth finish.
