Bubbly flavor on the tip of the tongue develops to a full bodied fruity- malt taste. Carmel notes are easily detected; this beer easily fulfills the expectations raised by the described "Trappist yeast". Very easily drinkable, very much a session ale, this limited release is not at all boozy and is perfect for a Michigan summer - reminding us to enjoy the fullness of fruit before the brilliant colors of a Great Lakes fall chases away the sunshine.
