I wrote up a review and then it just disappeared. Short story, tasty triple, more white wine than Mr Sinister and some apple to boot.
Cheers

Sampling this beer from a 12 oz crowler poured at cellar temp into my snifter. The beer was canned on 3-12-2023.
the beer pours a bright clear copper color with a fizzy bleached white head of 1 cm. This foam fades to the thinnest of edge layer. there are a few slow and lazy streams of carbonation rising towards the surface of the glass.
Aroma is mostly sweet fruitiness with some pear and apple notes with a bit of vinous white grape. No hop character here and the ABV is hidden , with no spicy black pepper or other fusol notes.
First sip reveals a medium to lighter body with very fine and prickly carbonation. There is a bit of sticky texture that coats my lips and palate on each sip.
Flavor is what I expected from the nose, although it is a little sweeter. I get apple, pears and white grape again, also a bit of spicy clove note. The finish dries out and lingers with some vinous white grape flavor. No boozy heat or spicy bite. Hops absent too.
This is a pretty nice tripel. The aroma is a little muted, but everything works here. Glad to have tried this one, thanks @bigironH !

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
