This was an interesting beer; and I generally really like red or dark rye beers. A lot. It poured promisingly with near black liquid and a light tan head that left rings of lacing.
The aroma may have been great, may have been horrible, I can't say as Covid messed up my nose.
The taste was good - got some rye and floral hops and general tastiness but nothing stood out - there was no bite, no sharp edge. It was really tasty, but not in a Black Rye sort of way (if that makes sense.
The feel is excellent, no qualms there. Had this quaffed in short order and wanted a bit more.
Thanks to BigIronH for sending this my way!
