Served in a pint glass at the brewery, July 12, 2013
Appearance: The beer poured a clear copper color. The head faded quickly to a ring of foam.
Aroma: Some candy could be detected along with some bread/cereal. Virtually no hops aroma.
Taste: It starts as slightly sweet and a bit sour then tart towards the end. There was a slight hops bitterness and a slight funkiness.
Mouthfeel: Carbonation was at a medium low level. The beer felt a bit thin on the tongue.
Overall: This is a refreshing beer on a hot day. It was good, though the flavor profile was not overly complex.
