A: Deep clear dark amber color. Poured a coarse 1 finger white head that dissipated to an even skim. Laced in rings that slipped slowly down the side of the glass.
S: Toasted malts and wet grains. Bitter hops give a citrus peel bite.
T: Bold toasted malts, roasted nuts and bread. Very slight raisin/date flavor well in the backgroiund.
M: Light side of medium. Well balanced carbonation. Big malts yet finishes nicely.
D: Very drinkable bock. Good flavor, not too lingering.
