A: Clear chestnut color. Poured a 2 finger tan head that seteled to a thick skim. Light, inconsisten lacing.
S: Sweet candi sugar and toasted malt.
T: Very consistent with smell. Slightly cloying, but enough hops that it wasn't too overbearing. Toast and dark-colored fruits as it warmed a bit.
M: Medium body. Low carbonation. not quite balanced as sugary sweetness lingered a bit. A bit of warming alcohol.
D: Decent beer. Flavorful and fairly smooth.
