Apperance: Looks good mixed with honey raspberry. Light for a doppel, but I expect that's because of the mix.
Smell: Stronger than honey raspberry. Mixes great with honey. Nice spice chocolate notes.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Excellent combination with the raspberries. Mouthfeel is very good as well, if not excellent.
Drinkability: Not a session, but definitely a novelty.
Overall: Not sure if this has a niche, but I really enjoyed this.

Bottle to Weizen
22oz
Thanks to a vendor of mine for sending this bottle to me while HE was on vacation.
App- Toffee colored brown and some darker brown with a one and a half finger head. No cling and legs at all.
Smell- It's suppossed to be a dopplebock but its light all the way around. Way to sweet and malty.
Taste- Way too malty and sweet. Its no where near the flavors I was looking for and was a bit hard to finish.
Mouth- Medium bodied and medium carbonated. Way too sweet on finish.
Drink- It was a free beer. I'm trying to remember that. Even the two corona drinkers I let taste it didn't like it.

The brewery says that they freeze this beer during fermentation.
Had a moderate head with small bubbles. Very dark in colour.
Only a slight malt aroma. A think mouthfeel with sweet chocolate flavours. Bitterness on the finish, but otherwise not much of a hop character.
