22oz bomber poured in sections into a pint glass. No expiration/best by date noted.
A - Slightly hazy light copper and golden body holds a smallish off white head that quickly falls away leaving a ring. Lively carbonation noticed rising from the bottom.
S - Centennial floral hop aromas and some sweet bread notes in the back. Aromatic but mellow.
T - The hop bitterness slaps you in the kisser immediately! The mellow smell did not prepare me for this, but I like it. Resinous pine and bitter citrus and grapefruit with some sweet pineapple hops. The malt back bone holds this all together, but this in an IPA for hopheads. Excellent.
M - Slick and crisp feel with good carbonation.
D - For hop lovers fairly high, but the hops in this one will eat away at a normal humans tooth enamel.
