Moccasin Bend Centennial Celebration Ale dosed with five times the amount of hops.
Appearance: Clear, lighty-hued amber body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: Sharply hoppy nose implying a strong bitterness to look forward to in the taste. It's floral, it's pithy, it's resinous. Distant, faroff malt notes of toast and caramel.
Taste: Light taste of pale malts and an altogether brief sweetness. Strong hop flavors of distilled pine resin, concentrated florals, and pithy grapefruit. Strongly bitterness. Finishes dry and positively crackling with tongue-stinging bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.
Drinkability: Sure, it's sharply bitter, but that's not a bad thing!
