Appearance: Dark brown body with a medium-sized, light tan-colored head.
Smell: CSCS smells of roasty-scented cold-pressed coffee with notes of bittersweet chocolate and malted milk.
Taste: A mixture of bittersweet chocolate sauce and roasty, refrigerator-chilled coffee. Modestly sweet throughout. Touch of malted milk powder. Slight roasty bitterness. Thankfully, no acrid coffee character. Long, coffee dunked finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
Drinkability: A tasty, inviting coffee stout. Give it a try if you can locate it around town in Chattanooga.
