On tap at Redlight Redlight. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Deep reddish purple. No head. A few bubbles at the edge.
Smell - Funky and musty. Kinda grapey and winey. And very very woody and spices.
Taste - Mildly sour. Grape sweetness. And then very winey.
Mouthfeel - Medium low carbonation. Mildly sour.
Overall - Turned out pretty good as it warmed. Nothing like I expected.

Gets better and better with each sip. Not a fan of the nose, for sure, but not a bad sour.
