A: Deep brown with some visible solids. Poured 2.5 fingers high of head, medium short retention.
S: Raspberry and plum sourness. Moderate toasted aroma.
T: Tart sourness. Raspberry and plum. Hints of balsamic. Low bitterness. Dry. Short finish.
M: Medium low bodied. Medium carbonation.
O: Nice farmhouse beer. The flavor is fairly strong, but not too harsh.

Dark brown color with minimal head. Intense dark fruit aroma. Taste is also following the nose with the dark fruit component and a balsamic vinegar sourness. Very complex beer.

Pours dark brown with a small head.
Nose shows musty, woody oak, chocolate, cherries and funk.
Very similar flavours. Tart cherries, raspberries, musty oak. Some astringency in the finish.
