A 750ml bottle, 2013 vintage, limited edition cask strength, bottled on 21st June 2016. Poured into a De Struise tulip glass.
Appearance: Dark brown with a slight orange hue, almost dark rusty colour, with a thin half finger beige head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Dark dried fruit, prunes, raisin, oak, bourbon, caramel, light booze.
Taste: Caramel, toffee, butterscotch, vanilla, bourbon, oak, with notes of dark fruit, raisin.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Aroma while not bad, was a little plain for me. But taste was much more interesting and enjoyable. A nice sipper.

750ml bottle poured into a wine glass appears dark brown in color with a khaki head that fades leaving stringy lace.
The aroma is sweet like raison, dark caramel, molasses, bourbon, oak and vanilla.
The taste is bourbon, raisin, vanilla, caramel, molasses and oak with a toasty bready grain feel.
This is full bodied and lightly carbonated. A tasty sipper but doubt id spring for another bottle.

750 mL bottle. Huge off-white head. Retains forever. Murky amber body. Smells of vanilla, bready malts, Belgian yeast and some fruitiness. Tastes of strong vanilla. I tastes some bourbon which I didn’t smell. Bready malts. Boozy. More vanilla. A little bit of fruitiness. High carbonation. This didn’t impress me at first. In fact, I was pretty confused by it. But it turned out pretty good.
