Poured at fridge temp from a big 750ml bottle. Zero carbonation. Pours black as night. The nose is coffee grounds, tobacco, roasted malts, tar, peat smoke, molasses, a slight earthy note, and a bunch more smoke. Holy crap the nose is intense on this one!
The taste is one of the most intense tastes I have ever had in a beer. Bloody amazing Ardbeg scotch barrel presence. Peat smoke, black licorice, molasses, charred wood, roasted malts, really strong notes of port, cherries, blackberries, and raisins. Dang.
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Aftertaste is surprisingly sweet, but accompanied by a bit of smoke.

8cl Struise Black Damnation glass enjoyed during a share of the entire 6 bottle set.
I'm not that into peated stouts to be honest, but this one is very well balanced. The peated whiskey works well with the sweetness of the honey and doesn't hit you in the face like so often. Mouthfeel is verry thick. A beast of a beer and pretty similar to the other two peated variants, Urbi et Orbi and L.E.M.M.Y.
