Fresh at the brewery tap.
Deep black color with a thick caramel head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, red fruits, cognac and booze.
Flavor with notes of roasted malt, red fruits, pine, wood, earth, cognac, red wine and herbal hops. Dry aftertaste with a dark fruit and hoppy note.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 12% has a flavoring characteristic.
