Dark ruby / brown color with a beige head, complex aroma with dried fruits, liqueur and bourbon, taste of dried plums, cherries and bourbon, medium body, soft carbonation.

Had a 0.33l bottle as a nightcap during a 26SEP19 visit to Beer Lovers Bar in Antwerp. This oldie but goodie cost me €7.50.
It was a dark, opaque mahogany, with a thin, light beige head - mostly a rim job. Lacing was OK, all in all. Aroma had nice dark fruit present - raisins and dates. Was quite smooth on the tongue, and medium-plus body-wise.
Flavor? Like the aroma - dark fruit! Plums, dates, black cherry - nice!! Was semi-sweet with a dry finish and light, subtle hopping. It warmed me well before I headed into the cool, rainy eve to catch my train back to Mechelen. Zum Wohl!!
