Bourbon barrel aged.
Dark brown, beautiful beige foam.
Malt, molasses, caramel, toffee, candy sugar, red fruit, plums, dried fruit.
Again fruity notes in the taste, and then the barrle notes (bourbon).
A lot of plums, dry fruits, light tart notes.
And bitterness. 90 IBU, you can taste it. But is balanced.
Interesting.

Bottled and I presume bottle conditioned
Pours a rich dark, dark brown body with decent enough tan head
Aroma is boozy creme caramel
Flavour is dry, oaky spicy cinnamon
Goes down too easy
