On draft, pours a clear copper color with a big off-white head.
The nose is very hoppy, way more than I expected for this style. Lots of bread, cracker, toast, and malt mixed with floral, spicy and earthy hops, a little pepper and wet grass. The flavor is bitter and dry, like chewing grass, hay, pepper, a little bagel. The aftertaste is bitter, but clean and crisp.

On tap at the brewpub in Heardsburg
A: medium amber; excellent clarity. Fine, medium dense head is durable and leaves a full coat of lacing.
Aroma: appropriated hoppy for style; also an unfortunate dank component that may just be English hops.
Flavor: This English PA bears the herbal British flavor profile. Nice hop/malt balance.light malts and a very nice mix of hops.
FeeL; smooth; light body; soft, medium carbonation.
O: Very good. Low ABV with big flavor, as advertised.

This is a good bitter served on nitro tap.
Deep, dark gold, it has a large white head slowly shrinking and leaving a lot of lace, so it looks really good.
Smell is subdued malty bread and peppery-grassy hop. It's pretty good, but simple and very mild.
Taste is better, a well-balanced light, but firm maltiness with faintly caramelised bread, light sweetness, with a slightly lemony-citrusy-peppery-grassy bitterness to balance, giving a zingy bitterness throughout.
Feel is good, light but firm, a bit crisp.
