A big, bad, Belgian brown aged over 12 months in imported Sherry and Sauternes barrels. Brewed with a trifecta of sugars, including a housemade candi syrup. Wild and untamed, this brew starts out sweet and finishes with notes of clove and nutmeg.

The barrel does great work on this beer. Lovely notes of sherry throughout. The house candi syrup is extremely noticeable, especially in the mouthfeel.
