Racked from Barrel 184, this sour, ruby-brown ale was refermented in rum barrels with wild yeast and bacteria, and large additions of local Santa Rosa plums and white peaches from the Dry Creek Valley. Tart, peach and plum essence, with a hint of oak spice.

Smells like an oud bruin with plum; not getting too much peach. Taste is tart with almost more of a sour cherry taste than peach or plum. Not much rum at all.

Reddish-brown appearance, thin head. Peach and plum rum aroma, can't say I've come across that one before, unique points, but ultimately, can kinda see why, it was muddled, all kinds of different smells going on.

Taste was better, a little bit tart, sweet, sour, wood. Complex. Hid alcohol pretty well. A pretty good, unique beer, I liked it.
