A: Big apricot and peach flesh, light lemon, coupled with a moderately sharp lingering lacto sourness.
A: Pale golden color, lightly hazy, with a very thick white frothy head that has excellent retention. Light lacing is left in the glass.
T: Lots of apricot and peach flavors, followed by a light lemon, moderately sharp lingering lacto sourness that lasts through the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Delicious; tartare is an excellent base Berliner and the addition of apricots and peaches compliments and helps to further bring out the beer’s lemony tart sourness.
