A: Light fruitiness, coupled with a light vinous tart aroma.
A: Copper color with a slight reddish/pink hue, totally clear with a dense white head that has solid retention. There is light lacing in the glass.
T: Light fruitiness with a low bitterness, and light lingering tartness with a semi-dry finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Tasty; the light crisp fruitiness of the kolsch is well complimented by the slightly vinous Zinfandel barrels. This beer is not nearly as brett forward as the Sango Kolsch and doesn’t finish nearly as dry.
