Clear yellow brew with handsome white foam in the Troubadour tulip. Aroma of apricot with an herbal twang. The apricot nectar taste is distinctive. Not much bitterness but an astringent edge that is not exactly tasty.
Overall this is a classic Brut with maybe a little more sweetness to start. But it doesn't taste so strong. Pleasantly fruity with a dry finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market.

Double hop. Double fun. Enjoyed the combo. Good flavor, good balance. Bear Republic knows how to make an IPA and this 8.0% is no different.
