Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Deeply aromatic with resins, melon, and pine. Flavor is melon and what I call grilled mango. Rather sweet with an acidic tang and a dark finish.
They describe this as “Über dank.” Hops are listed as Simcoe, Vic Secret, and Sabro. This is quite an interesting brew with good balance of malty sweetness and the tangy bitter aftertaste. Loads of hops but plenty drinkable, the bitterness lingering with the fruity aromatics. From the 16 oz can purchased at Trader Joe’s in San Francisco.
