This hazy ale starts with citrus and fruit aromatics thanks to the late hop addition. The malt bill and Kolsch yeast strain provide a dry and clean finish.

This beer pours a light orange color with lots of haze and a substantial, creamy white head. The nose and taste are crammed full of nice tangerine, melon, and grape aromas and flavors from the German hop varietals used in this beer.
I’m a Bear Republic fanboy, and this beer is another reason why. They get overlooked in the hazebro beers that proliferate in our little beer nerd hobby, which is unfortunate, because they brew excellent beers, IMHO.

Can from Market of Choice.
A hazy light yellow with a dense, off white head with great retention and lacing this looks solid. The nose is a wonderful expression of Huell Melon hops with gooseberry, melon and raw nectarine to go with secondary notes of citrus. As crazy as it sounds, a distinct fruity fullness from the kolsch yeast is present and noticeable. The palate opens with tons of hop flavor, bright, mildly fruity and with a mild bitterness. The flavor is all Huell Melon, just pure and unadulterated, with melon, semi ripe strawberry, a mild mango along with citrus and mint. The malt flavor is minimal here, there's just so much hop character present. Mild sweetness that does take the focus off the hops is present. Still, this is delicious.

Extremely cloudy with 4 fingers of white head.
Smells of coriander, orange and mango.
Tastes of pineapple mango and grapefruit pith.
Medium smooth body with light carbonation.
I got this in Salsaulito and am drinking it in Redding, November 28, 2019.
