On draft at Rattle N' Hum, NYC.
Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a funky Parmesan cheese aroma and some herbal hop.
The taste consisted of an herbal hop with some doughy malts.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Overall a decent ale. The aroma is offputting however.
