Tasted as part of our "full list" tasting New Years weekend at Bear Republic.
This beer, while well made and with no great faults, is average in the extreme. Again, nothing really wrong with it, just in my opinion, nothing particularly noteworthy from a brewerly that I really like and which makes almost all outstanding beers.
Appearance is a medium light golden yellow with a light white head.
Nose is a typical lager nose and while fresh, crisp and true to style, with some nice yeast tones, pretty average.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin but with nice carbonation and a decent invitation to drink. Again, crisp and clean but over all quite average.
Flavor profile is pleasant, crisp and fresh with nice yeast tones, medium bitterness and a medium bitter yeast finish. Again, pleasant, nice and quite average.
