On Tap

Churchill's Pub & Grille
San Marcos, CA

Slightly hazed golden and light amber with a small cap of soapy, creamy, near-white bubbles atop. Leaves the glass messy with stick. Very pretty IPA

Big aroma of tropical fruits (orange and pineapple, specifically), along with some grass (I'm wondering if this is a wet-hop IPA), and mild pine. Just a bit of cracker rounds this one out exceptionally well.

A wonderfully drinkable, hoppy (orange, pineapple, grass, pine) IPA with some mild bread character that balances it out nicely. Crisp and clean flavors.

Medium bodied with moderate-high carbonation.

A great IPA. I would love to have another pint of this sometime.

On tap at Whole Foods Taproom, Santa Rosa. Fabulous IPA, very smooth full mouthfeel drinking delight with lots of tropical fruit: mango, pineapple, orange. A tad of booze, but so well hopped its closer to 1.5 IPA with 74 ibu. A pint was perfect, and just slightly palate erasing. Almost no head on slightly cloudy golden body.
