Collab. brew with pilsen malt smoked by Slows Barbecue in corktown Detroit.
Strong smoke-y notes on the nose and palate.
Drinks almost like an amber ale. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
Big smoke and hickory on the initial aroma. Taste and mouthfeel follow the smokiness and then give a crisp but subtle hop bite.
Drank at the MI fall beer fest oct 22 2016 !
Best smoke beer id ever tried with an incredible balance of all ingredients.. not overpowering ! Awesome.
