Nice light Scottish ale sampled on tap at Atwater Brewery in Grand Rapids. Nice medium-depth amber color with a little white lingering head and spotty lacing. Smells faintly of caramel and malt. Tastes of roasted nuttiness, caramel, vanilla, malt and a little grain. Smooth mild thin mouthfeel, just enough carbonation. A solid sessionable beer.
