T - The taste follows the aroma. Apricot, blood orange, white pepper, wheat and some light yeastiness.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 10/11/2017. Pours hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy apricots, blood oranges, rose petals, pear, apple, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruits, rose petals, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart/tangy apricots, blood oranges, rose petals, pear, apple, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness, yeast spiciness, fruit tartness, and wheat tang on the finish. Lingering notes of apricots, blood oranges, rose petals, pear, apple, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruits, rose petals, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from tart/bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a delicious fruited wheat ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruits, rose petals, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Pretty much perfectly balanced between all flavors; nothing is overdone or feels out of place. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example.
