16 months in Buffalo Trace Barrels, with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Ferris Nicaragua Coffee added. Consumed at 54°. Black with ruby edges body with quick tan head; no cap retention, thinnest of thin rings, no lace; medium legs. Bourbon with chocolate nose. Taste is Bourbon, oak, vanilla, bittersweet dark chocolate. Slick feel; medium light bod; some warmth from 14.5%; not adjuncty; moderate minus carbonation. Overall, thin for abv but very deceptive; nice cacao nibs and vanilla linger.
